Delivery on Buyer’s Options
A seller has to make bulk delivery via only a lift-on/lift-off truck to the buyer’s nominated warehouse.
FOB Delivery Terms
Delivery white rice 5% in 50-Kg. Polypropylene (PP) bag, Free on Board Bangkok (FOB-BKK) in Break Bulk
(The buyer provides PP bags with marking to the seller at buyer’s nominate listed shipper warehouse)
The buyer has an option to choose other FOB delivery terms with paying premium to the seller as following:
1) 50-Kg PP bag, FOB Bangkok in a 20 ft- container
2) 50-Kg PP bag, FOB Laem Chabang in a 20 ft- container
3) 50-Kg PP bag, FOB Koh Sri Chang in Break Bulk
Domestic Delivery Term
The listed shipper makes bulk delivery into lift-on/lift-off truck, which is arranged to take delivery at the listed shipper warehouse on the date mentioned in the delivery instruction. The seller gives the discount to the buyer.
• The buyer has the right to use 25-Kg PP bag with premium.
